This is an incredible and unique Canadian mint error. 1978 Cent Dies were struck multiple times over an Olympic 1976 Commemorative $10 that was dated 1974. Although many dramatic and unusual Canadian errors surfaced during the 1970’s, this is the most dramatic and spectacular piece that I have ever seen.
